Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment
International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
